This will be held each Tuesday in Lent: Feb. 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30th

We will begin with Prayer and one hour of Pietra, a gently stretching and strenghtening exercise. We then move to the art studio for 2 hours of guided painting of an Icon on Wood. We will listen to a meditation and make a weekly resolution. 

May we walk forth this Lent with new eyes to see Jesus' sacrifice and passion in more beautiful ways, with a renewed resolve to become strong physically, to deepen our faith, to live as the cathedrals God calls us to be, to give grace to others, and to receive grace from God.
